Finding listings with the power of DriveTime

INRIX DriveTime screen shotThree-fourths (73%) of house hunters say drive time is a key decision factor in their search, according to research by the National Association of REALTORSĀ®. Brokers who use the INRIX DriveTimeā„¢ search on the Northwest MLS Matrix "Map" tab can quickly find listings based on desired commuting times.

Upon entering a destination, such as the client's workplace, schools, times when client will be commuting, and client's preferred duration of commuter, INRIX will create a search area pinpointing listings that match those criteria.

Providing a visual with accurate drive time estimates for multiple routes, destinations and target arrival times adds a much-appreciated level of customer service and can shorten decision times, according to INRIX.
